Alan spent a majority of his childhood in mainland China, where at the age of 10 years old Alan’s family uprooted to Canada. Proving to be extremely adaptive in any situation, Alan completed his formal education while learning English, and creating a strong network in Canada. Alan’s determination, discipline, and successful business tactics comes from his father, who holds a PhD in science and worked at University of Saskatchewan in cancer research, now he owns a long-term care home business working with the elderly and people with disability. As well as his mother who was an international business woman in the natural product industry. Upon graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Alan started his career in the hectic-emergency department as a registered nurse.

Alan’s ability to keep cool, think critically, and solve problems in a high-pressured situation is second nature to him. Alan transitioned into a corporate Account Management role with CRH Medical Corporation and fell in love with helping his clients solve their business needs. His success in the corporate world came effortlessly from his ability to diagnose problems by really listening to his clients and by providing solutions based on the clients’ best interest. Today, Alan works with a top 1% team in Vancouver providing real estate services in the Greater Vancouver area. His passion for helping people to achieve their goals and taking care of his clients like they are family makes him a valuable asset for anyone looking to sell, buy, or invest in real estate.
